What is the difference between shipping and delivery?
Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. While placing an order, you may find a shipping timeline on the products displayed on the website (e.g. dispatched within 2 days). All orders which are in stock are dispatched within 48 hours of the order placed (except weekends and national holidays). This refers to the number of working days it will take to dispatch the product from our end. The delivery may take another 1-3 days depending on the address specified for the order. In case of remote areas, the orders are delivered within 7-8 business days. Bulk orders have a predefined delivery time which would be mentioned during order placement.

Why did I receive a partial order?
We are sorry you had to experience this, But in case, you have received an order with items pending as per invoice, we will ship them separately in another package. A pending dispatch mail will be shared on your registered email address with details of dispatch and delivery time.
Once your partial shipment is shipped, a shipment email with tracking id will be shared on your registered email address by which you can track your order.
